SubGen.ai is an AI-powered video subtitle generation service that automatically creates subtitles for video content. Our service uses artificial intelligence to transcribe audio and generate accurate subtitles in multiple languages.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

SubGen.ai operates on a credit-based subscription model:

• Credits are consumed based on video duration (1 credit = 1 second of video)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
• Unused credits roll over to the next billing period
• Payment processing is handled by Paddle
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Generate subtitles for illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded videos. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating subtitles. We do not store your videos permanently and delete them after processing.

The generated subtitles become your property. SubGen.ai retains all rights to its technology, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
